HPLB300 Metal High Voltage Connector

This series of connectors is designed for high-current transmission in the electric vehicle (EV) and hybrid power markets. They support crimping for 35 to 70 mm² cables with a rated current range of 150A to 250A. These connectors are primarily used for auxiliary equipment in EV and HEV applications, including high-voltage distribution boxes, on-board chargers, battery packs, motors, and electronic controllers.

1. Only plugs and sockets with identical product series, shell number, contact count, and keying position are intermateable. Example: HPLB18X-301-50-A and HPLB00X-301-D6-A.

2. This product is suitable for three cable specifications: 35 mm², 50mm² , and 70mm². The conductor cross-sectional area shall meet the nominal cross-section requirements.

3. The cables referred to in the following text are GB/T cross-linked polyolefin cables. Tinned copper Cable is recommended. If other cable specifications (e.g., silicone rubber cables) are to be used for crimping operations, please confirm and validate with our technical department.

Remarks: The elbow angle connector features an integrated M2.5 threaded hole on its locking device, compatible with a M2.5 locking screw to enable secondary
locking as an added safety measure. The M2.5 locking screw is an optional accessory and is supplied separately (unassembled) by default.
